STRATEGIC partnerships

Workforce development

Our vision of revolutionizing food systems means ensuring that there’s a rising generation of young people interested in agriculture technology.

That’s why we partner with Escuela Verde and the Trans Center for Youth to offer a one-of-a-kind, hands-on curriculum to high schoolers, allowing them to experience alternative farming and gain skills that will set them up for success in agri-tech careers far beyond the classroom.

Fighting food insecurity

Since the moment we opened our doors, we’ve been committed to improving access to fresh, local, healthy food for inner-city Milwaukeeans. In January 2022, our first harvest provided 500 meals to those in need through Feeding America of Southeastern Wisconsin.

INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY

We worked with the best minds in electrical innovation to engineer a fully custom, highly-efficient lighting system for our farm along with our friends at GE Current Lighting.

The cutting edge system is 3x more efficient than other leading lighting products, which cuts down on our energy and insulation costs, and reduces our carbon footprint.
